No surprise here, I’m a raging insomniac. @thesleepdoctor would classify me as a DOLPHIN 🐬 It seems only fitting to discuss sleep today because I didn’t sleep well last night. I have frequent bouts of insomnia several times throughout the year. Typically if something changes in my day-to-day schedule. I’ll have weeks of insomnia. Years ago, I had 3 months of insomnia and went on meds. It fixed it, but as I mentioned before, my body responded very poorly to it. When I got off the meds, the insomnia came back in full swing.

I couldn’t pick a favorite pic to show you all this new dress from @emilyandfin 🦋 which one is yours? They have so many fun new styles for the season. Every time I get an article of clothing from the UK it fits me like a glove.. whereas in the US, I end up needing everything tailored. I’m convinced I’m meant to live in England. @emilyandfin ship me to you? Please?

Can we talk about unisex shoes? I’m obsessed. I am NOT a shoe girl. I like two types of shoes: combat boots & white sneakers. That’s all. So when @shopnewrepublic reached out to me for their #kurtforeveryone campaign, I was thrilled! I love white sneakers because they’re so easy to pair with any outfit. These new Kurt’s are so comfy and so chic. & they’re gender neutral. We love that. I scuffed these shoes while doing these photos, but I was able to take a damp paper towel and wipe them clean with just one swipe. You need these, I need these.
